Types of Data Collected
Among the personal data collected by this site, either directly or through third parties, are: contact data (name, email, phone, company) entered via the contact form; browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically during navigation, including through technical and third-party cookies.

Data is processed to: respond to requests for information or quotes submitted through the contact form; ensure the correct functioning of the site; comply with legal obligations.

Processing is based on the data subject’s consent (contact form, non-technical cookies) and on the Data Controller’s legitimate interest in the technical operation of the site.

Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational and logical methods strictly related to the stated purposes, and in any case in a way that ensures the security and confidentiality of the data.
Data Retention
Data collected through the contact form is retained for the time necessary to handle the request and for any subsequent business relationship, except where legal obligations require longer retention.

Cookies
This site uses a technical cookie, needed to remember the language chosen by the user, and a consent management system (Cookiebot) that stores the user’s cookie choices. It does not use profiling or marketing cookies, nor statistical analysis tools (such as Google Analytics). Technical cookies do not require the user’s consent.
Consent management (Cookiebot)
On the first visit a banner is shown, managed by Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S, Denmark), which lets users accept, decline or customise the use of non-technical cookies. Declining is always as easy as accepting. The choices are saved in the CookieConsent cookie (first party, up to 12 months), which also records the date and the anonymised IP address of the user as proof of consent. Until the user makes a choice, third-party services that set non-technical cookies are blocked.

WordPress session cookies (wordpress_logged_in_*, wp-settings-*, wordpress_test_cookie) are set only for people who log in to the site’s administration area, not for visitors.
Third-party services
- Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S): to show the banner and record consent, the service receives the user’s IP address. Privacy policy: cookiebot.com/en/privacy-policy.
- Google Maps (Contact page): the map is embedded from Google’s servers. When the page loads, Google receives the user’s IP address and may set its own cookies. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Fonts: the Montserrat typeface is loaded from Google’s servers. The user’s IP address is transmitted; no cookies are set. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- LinkedIn, Instagram: these are simple links to external sites and our site does not load content from these services. Any cookies are set only after visiting those sites, according to their own policies.
Managing cookies in your browser
